Amazon France video
It was supposed to be a short video, but considering all the messages that had to be shared, it was more looking like a "corporate speech in motion". At least Amazon had something to say!
Therefore the challenge consisted in avoiding the multi-layered messaged trap and creating a consistent story where the different matters (customer experience, value creation, social contribution) were interrelated.
The story features the journey of a product sold on Amazon and illustrates its mission - be Earth's most customer-centric company.
