AXA Learning Day
As lifelong learning (some even call it "embedded education") became a business imperative in order to keep the pace of continuous change, AXA believed that self learning was one of the key lever to pursue its transformation and decided to create a day dedicated ot learning.
But how do you change perceptions about learning? How do you make employees aware about its instant gratification? How do you make compatible with daily breaks? How do you make that day essential while it is optional?
We created an event narrative: (L)EARN IT ALL, that enhanced a variety of learning paths, reconciled learning and productivity, and encouraged new behaviors.
