Trova Talent was born out of a love for the incredible impact that great talent and the proper search outcomes can have on organisations (big and small) and individuals. Trova supports great leaders with talent decisions and great executives with career choices. When I first met the team, it was clear that a contemporary design was the answer, with a warm, inviting palette. Each element of the animated and Secondary logo represents a unique offering the TROVA team believes in, creating a process that sets them apart from the rest.
