The Director of Visual Experience Design will ensure LP upholds the highest caliber of design and design processes, lead the Visual Experience Design department, and be a key voice of design excellence within the studio. Discipline Directors at Local Projects are responsible for the professional development of staff members working within their discipline, as well as directing the department.

The Director of Visual Experience Design role includes oversight of all Visual Experience Design team members, providing guidance on their approach to narrative and interpretive design, project workflows, research, presentation materials, and organizational processes, to ensure best practices are followed by all discipline members. Additionally, the Director of Visual Experience Design works with Project Managers and Creative Directors on project scopes and work plans as they pertain to visual experience design and interdependencies with other discipline workflows and milestones.
