We are seeking a Graphics Producer to oversee the design and development of 2D/3D video graphics at the studio. This candidate will work closely with the production team to support the development and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience producing animated video graphics, developing project plans in collaboration with account leads and an expert level of technical knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Partner with creative directors, art directors to understand the creative vision and design direction for various projects

-Work closely with creative producers to establish project plans and timelines for each job

-Manage a team of designers + motion graphics artists, assigning tasks to team and providing direction to ensure all assets are of the highest quality and meet project deadlines

-Incorporate and translate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients into updated designs

-Work with creative team to ensure all elements are properly integrated into final deliverables

-Review and approval all assets before client delivery

-Understand technical delivery specs and develop appropriate 2D/3D workflow for each project

-Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production

-Stay up to date on industry trends, tools and technologies

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience producing graphics for video content and/or events with a least 1 year in a supervisory role

-Excellent communication and project management skills

-Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition

- Strong understanding of tech

-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines

-Expert level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
